[Boatanchors] Aluminum Oxide solvent?

I am sorry, probably this is not a truly "Boatanchors" issue but I am in the 
process of rebuilding my old (25 Years +) TA-33 antenna...The weather in my 
town is highly corrosive and it finally got into the pipes despite all the 
protections I used. Now the pipes are stuck one to the other with white 
aluminum oxide and it has been impossible to dissasemble them. Does anyone 
knows a product or process I can use to have them loose other than heating the 
outer tube? (I wonder it could damage the traps).
