Do you want to do it yourself or sell the idea or a prototype?
I'm guessing that your target audience isn't large enough to sell the
idea alone.

If you're looking for companies to contact, I'd suggest Antique
Electronics, down the road in Tempe.  Also Electro Harmonix, Groove
Tubes, and all of the importers of Russian and other tubes for the
musical instrument market.  Perhaps George Allesandro (Allesandro amps
in PA), who does hand-built high-end guitar amps and sells a plugin bias
meter.

While you're at it, the Japanese are NUTS for tube hi-fi, so you might
find some support there.

And then of course, all your BA buddies.
