[Boatanchors] e mail traffic

Many of the E-Mail reflectors in the United States
have not allowed any attachments for quite some time. 
This is to prevent viruses from being spread and has
nothing to do with the present situation in the U.K.

As for individual E-Mails I have not run into any
situations where an attachment has not been forwarded.
