Unless I am mistaken, attachments to any of the QTH list reflectors have  
never been allowed. This is nothing new, and there are no sinister motives, it's  
a common practice with mail lists to avoid the spreading of viri. (Plural for 
 virus?) If you need to illustrate something with a photograph or a graphic, 
put  it on one of the binary reflectors used for that purpose, or put it 
somewhere it  can be accessed and include a pointer to it in your message.
 
I am NOT the guru in charge here, just a user of the lists who appreciates  
their availability.
