[Boatanchors] Nixie tubes

Hi People,

I have a four-tube nixie tube holder with all four tubes in place.
The tubes are numbered 7551 and have 14 pins. The tube 
sockets are labelled Burroughs BIPCO BIP 8806-2 and have 
13 pins. The four sockets are mounted in a dull black shroud 
numbered 95750-421569-002. The whole lot was in a plastic 
bag labelled 421506 Item 0006.

Does anyone recognise this piece of antiquaria? Does anyone 
have any operating characteristics data?
