[Boatanchors] Busted SX-28A Steering Wheel Shaft

HI Mark,
It looks like the shaft had been broken and someone drilled & (maybe)
tapped the end of it & put in a stub shaft. I've had 3-4 SX-28's, never
saw that. Maybe you need to epoxy the stub into the shaft.
