I got it wrong again!

The center tap of the PA filament transformer connects to 
one side of a meter for PA current.  The other side goes
to the coil of an overcurrent relay, and the other side
of the relay coil goes to ground.

I don't know how I got the bias supply filaments in there.
They are a red herring.

I'm going to follow all of this through and make sure.

(My notebook has it, but on different various pages.  Maybe
I'll try to make a big schematic of the whole thing.)
