I see sellers commonly listing new items for $0.01 or $0.99 or whatever, 
then pile on "packing and shipping" fees of $7.99, $12.99, etc.   This 
seems like a really blatant attempt to screw eBay out of their final 
value fee but if eBay don't care why should I?   Besides, they're too 
busy busting people for selling 11 meter amps and stuff ;-)
