The secrecy in communications provisions of the
Communications Act of 1934 as ammended (basically 47
CFR "Telecommunication" - there is no "s" on the end
of "Telecommunication") does not apply to the Amateur
Radio Service and the broadcast services.  It does
apply to virtually everything else including the Class
"D" Citizen's Radio Service.
