[Boatanchors] What VLF/LF Boatanchors are "affordable"

Sheldon,

You are VERY probably correct!

It has been 13 yrs since I fought with that stupid receiver.

The most frustrating thing I remember was reaching across almost to the other door to tune it in.  It certainly wasn't what "I" would call "friendly" for use with its location.  Like I said, used it to get certicated, then used VORs from then on.

Easier to even set up two VORs for an intersection than to fight with NDB receiver!
