[Boatanchors] Push to talk - Bang! - Any Ideas?

Open the back of the mike and check the push to talk switch contacts.
Make sure when you release the push to talk switch, the transmit contact
breaks before the center contact connects to the receive side of the
switch. Also make sure the switch contact assembly is tight in the mike
assembly and not moving when you press and release the mike button. If
this doesn't solve it, check the make and break contacts on the K1 relay.
One set may be making before breaking as the relay is activated.
