[Boatanchors] RME?

Hi all:

I picked up an RME unit which is most likely a RF converter for a general coverage radio.
It has no model ID to be seen.
There is a stamped number 3292 next to the AC line cord.
Can't find anything on my Internet search.

One selector switch for 80 thru 10 meters.
Circuit has 3 ea. 6J6's.
Unit measures 7.5" wide x 6" deep x 5" high.

Your help is always appreciated.
