[Boatanchors] RT-671/PRC-47

Does anyone here know of anyone who routinely works on the RT-671/PRC-47 
(repairs and minor mods)?  I have two that need repairs, conversion to LSB 
(filters on hand) and possibly the variable frequency mod.  And I am not going to 
have time to do them soon enough for the owner.  They belong to another ham in 
the Northeast.
