[Boatanchors] National SW-3 screen resistor

I have a National SW-3 model II (tube complement '36, '36, '27) which
has been modified.  The tapped power resistor was removed, and the RF
stage screen and the regeneration control were supplied from a 60V
output from the (homemade) power supply.  I want to try to make it as
close to original as possible, so I need to know:

1) What is the value of the original resistor, and the tap points?

2) Which tap goes to the RF stage screen and which to the regeneration
control?

3) I'm probably dreaming, but does anyone have one of these resistors
for sale, or know where to get one?

If I can't get one, I will just use a standard adjustable resistor with
a couple of taps.
