[Boatanchors] Testing a Japanese WW II set

I have a Japanese Type 94-5 set that seems to be in working order. This
is the four tube set, one stage RF, one stage detection and two stages
audio amplification.  All tubes are good, all interstage transformers
are good, all controls are functional. I get noise in the headset. When
I touch the case, I get a "church gong" sound but that is all. No
motorboating so I assume the capacitors are all good.

The only problem is it receives nothing.

Any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations?
