Good day Gentlemen,
Can anyone identify a coil assembly for me please.
It is wound from quarter inch plated strip (possibly copper) and is supported on three Mycalex strips.
The only other information printed on it is "JOHNSON 232-610" but that doesnt mean a lot unless there is a company of that name still making coils.
It seems to be the tank coil for a one kilowatt transmitter with taps brought out on tapes, again a quarter of an inch wide and soldered on to the main form,.taps are at 4,5,7,9,16 and 24 turns with overall turns being 40 with a diameter inside of two and a half inches.
Any help would be appreciated please.
Thanks in advance.
