[Boatanchors] Trio 9R-59D: Low LO

Hello group,

I am restoring an old Trio 9R-59D.
The sensitivity of the  two upper bands (4.8-14.5 and 10.5-30MHz)
is worse than 100 microvolts, while the lower bands seem ok.
The datasheet for the 6BE6 mixer calls for 10Veff on g1.
The oscillator delivers ~6Vpp (~2,5Veff) in the low bands and less than
0.3Veff in the high bands.
I replaced the oscillator tube (ECC85/6AQ8), and checked all components
(sort of) ... no change.
Anybody familiar with this beast?
