[Boatanchors] Re Russian Subscribers

I just did a search of the subscriber list for this list. There are no Russian
Hams subscribed that I can find. Hence 'if' the source is Russia, it is coming
from direct answers to questions posed by William Howard or answers/responses
forwarded by William Howard to his Russian Ham buddies. This is my best guess as
to the source, based on the headers and other info. It may, or may not, be
correct. It is only mentioned as a 'heads up' to think before you respond to
countries overseas kknown to harbor spammers and virus senders.
