[Boatanchors] help identifying an old "no name?" kit?

Not having that much to go on!
Wacom built one in the late 1950s, Transcon in the 40s
and 50s, Subraco in the 40s and 50s, Marmax in the
1950s, Mallard in the same time frame, and Sonar in
the 50s.
I cannot find where any of the major manufacturers
made a kit for a mobile transmitter (or even a small
transmitter) during that period. Of course, there
were all sorts of very small manufacturers back in the
1950s that advertised in QST and CQ but were such
small players that they seldom are even mentioned in
the guide books!
