We all need to remember, that there is a fine line between proper and improper.
Sometimes it is difficult to know where the line is because of so called gray
areas. However, these lists must avoid subject matter that is ethnically,
racially, sexually or otherwise suggestive or possibly defamatory for legal
reasons. What some may see as innocent fun, others may see quite differently. 		
	
It is for this reason that material of a questionable or suggestive nature may
not be posted on these lists, nor may links to it be provided. What people do
off list is their business, it is private. But on these lists topics, or
questionable areas that involve anything that can be construed as defamatory,
demeaning or discriminatory must be avoided. We live in a world that is much
more sensitive to these area than it was twenty years ago. There are people with
one finger on the trigger of reaction all of the time just waiting for an excuse
to pull it. So we all need to be cautious and use good judgment in what we post
publicly.	
	
Al Waller, K3TKJ owns these lists and although he may not be legally liable for
racial or sexual insults someone else posted, it is a reflection on him in the
long run, as it was said on his lists. So if for no other reason, we need to
keep in mind that our comments do reflect on our benefactor in some way.   	
	
I do not wish to discuss or debate this with anyone. So please do not go down
that road. It is not important what our opinions are. But it is important that
we all refrain from conduct that could be viewed by some as discriminatory or
suggestive in an improper manner.
