It IS available from commercial sources in the states but I can't recall
just what/where-Google may well find it/them.   There have also been
recoveries from commercial station shutdowns made available from/to hams.
Check the archives of, or ask on the (qth.net) lowfer reflector and/or the
LWCA message board ( http://www.lwca.org/mb/index.htm )-it has been talked
about on both, several times in the last 2 or 3 years.
