[Boatanchors] Trying to locate an MOPA of '47 vintage.

I am trying to locate information on workhorse MOPA (Master
Oscillator-Power Amplifier)
transmitter of around 1947 vintage.  At least that was the year I first
used them.    If I
am remembering correctly, it used an 807 as the PA.  Don't really
remember much else
about the oscillator or the modulator, though.  
If anyone remembers them or has data on them, I'd sure like to know where
I can get
a schematic for it.  I believe it was only crystal controlled at that
time, too.
Any info anyone has will be greatly appreciated. e-mail info on QRZ or
