Bill: Try a high power amp. Seriously, while this may not work for Eagles,
it works for pigeons. A balloon (helium) with big eyes drawn on it. It has

I am having to replace my 30 foot outdoor antenna because, and you ain't
gonna believe this, an Eagle has been perching on it and collapsed
several of the arms.

Does anybody have a cure for this?
