[Boatanchors] BC-1004 Unknown wire was a "refugee"

Hi,

In the post about the BC-1004 that I made yesterday, I mentioned an
"unknown" and unconnected wire coming from the underside of coil L6.

Well, upon removing the entire RF deck and it's covers I found that wire
was a "refugee" from what is apparently a Faraday shield between the two
coil windings comprising L6. This Faraday shield is a fine, "grounded
grid" of wires sandwiched between stiff "fishpaper" or similar material
and located between the two coils. I presume this Faraday shield is to
prevent capacitive coupling between them.

Anyway, a quick "yank" removed the offending wire so that it won't short
something out or cause confusion in the future. I don't think that one
missing wire among many will be missed <grin>.
