I think I got this several years ago mixed in with some other probably 
military stuff.  "Hickok TV Tube Test Jumper" is what's neatly hand lettered on the 
side of the plain tan box it is in.  Also says RM 56  Shop-E, which means that 
it may have come from a Naval Shipyard.  Handwritten (not neatly) on the end 
flap (the box is like a tube box and would hold something like a 211 or 803) 
is 1040-114 and then CRT-1.  This is an adaptor cable to test TV tubes on some 
model of Hickok tube tester.  NOS but no paperwork packed with it.  No 
nomenclature on the cable or plugs.  One end has a right-angle octal male to plug 
into the tube tester.  The other end has a double-ended socket.  One side of the 
socket has the large 12-pin socket with wide alignment keyway.  The other side 
has an 8-pin socket but smaller than standard octal.  Coming out of the side 
of the socket is a red insulated lead ending in an alligator clip.  Included 
is another adaptor marked "110o CRT Conversion Adaptor" and 1050-108.  The "o" 
should be the Degree symbol.
