Transformers and Chokes?  Well lets say,not
rewinding ,just installing new lead wires..   My question is:: For example,I
have a Choke that measures 15hy on my Heathkit Model 2240 digital LC bridge
and the resistance measures 140 ohms....  The wire size is .014", plus or
minus .0005" in diameter...  All wire tables I have looked at have different
current carrying capacities listed...  What would be your estimation of the
milliamps this choke would be rated at??   I'm interested to see if I get
about the same answer from each of you.... Thanks,Thanks to all of you....
