The real number is four tenths of one percent. Broken down to numbers we can all
digest, that equates to about four hundred subscribers carrying the total weight

That's a worrying statistic.  But I'll do my part again - I'll go make a 
donation right now.  I really appreciate the QSL/QTH services - and a chance on
