[Boatanchors] Electric Radio Magazine index search

I just went to that site and it downloaded for me in about 2 minutes.  I
use a 56K dialup with typical connect speeds of 49.3 kb.  I'm using XP
here.  SO at the minute anyway, it appears to be running ok.  ALso using
netscape 4.7 browser.
