Could be.  I contribute every now and then, but to be honest mostly when one 
of the list admins posts a note that something has "gone critical".  If we're 
at the "gone critical" stage again, maybe someone needs to tell us so.

Or perhaps someone near the top should run some numbers and just tell us how 
much a month or a year is needed to keep things going, including whatever the 
expected growth and normal replacement requirements are.  TANSTAAFL.
