Bill,

I think the most common are the HP 410B and 410C, but the AC probes 
aren't too easy (or cheap) to find.  You can also make a simple RF probe 
(see an old Handbook) for use with the common Heath VTVMs (IM-11, 18, 
etc.)  Heath also had an RF probe kit which may not be too difficult to 
find.  There is also the Hickok 1605M which uses an AC probe like the 
HP's.    As a matter of fact, there is one on e-bay now, complete with 
AC probe and RF line segment.  (NOT mine, I just did a quick search for 
VTVMs!):
