[Boatanchors] Gen. Rad. 1650-A Schematic

The 1650-A operating/instruction manual includes a 11X17 schematic and
there is a service, maintenance, and trouble analysis section. There is
also an application section besides a number of operating procedures.
I've seen next to zero, "service type" labeled manuals, but the majority
of all their "operating" or "instruction" manuals includes schematics and
service related information.
