[Boatanchors] Repair of B&W Tank Circuit

I repaired one awhile back that had part of the plastic strips coming
loose. I used epoxy and a couple of new strips of lexan. Put the epoxy
on the coil and clamp a plastic strip on each side with some small C
clamps to hold the strips to the coil while the epoxy cures. Get the
epoxy between the turns some.
If some of the plastic is intact, don't disturb it. It will hold the
spacing of the coil while you work on one of the other strips. When that
one sets up the coil will be more stable and you can go to the next strip.
