Hi Ron, If you don't find someone that has one scanned or copied let me know
and I will scan my copy. It unfortunately is a copy but I think it will come
out ok. I would like $10,000.00 for the printed copy or a CD with a pdf file
of it. There are of course conditions attached. If you have an extra
$10,000.00 laying around that's fine but if not if you ever win the Million
Dollar lottery THEN send me the $10,000. Otherwise send me your address and
I will send you a copy of it after I scan it. Do you also need the tube
charts? You know if I make this offer enough I might come through with a
winner!!
