Good day gentlemen,
I have the unenviable task of progressing the disolution of the estate of a silent key in the UK.
The following items are the first of a considerable number that are available and if you have an interest in any, please contact me direct off the list. Thank you in advance from the xyl of G3MYE.
Two number type 19 sets (no power supply units found as yet) both appear to be as new and untouched or modified. They have been identified but not closely inspected but appear to be complete. $100 each plust freight to your location. These are the ones with the Cyrilic text on the front panel made for the Russian Forces.
One number antenna variometer for type 19 set antenna matching.
Complete and in excellent condition, a rarity these days and a very good matching unit for a wide range of antennas. $40 plus freight to you.
One number Marconi receiver produced for British Admiralty prior to World War Two.
Front panel plate reads:-
Receiver BR.ADM. Patt M342
Type 394F Serial Number 105
Instrument has band switching for 100 kilo hertz to 4.5 mega hertz
Housed in black crackle finish cabinet and will require some loving care to restore it. Believed to be TRF and designed for shipboard use with Royal Navy. This is an antique device and worthy of consideration and believe me difficult to price but we will consider $150 plus freight costs.
One number Frequency Meter type BC221 (suffix unknown at present) complete with correct charts for device $60 plus freight
One number Receiver type RA17L by Racal Communications. As new and working to makers specification. Complete with power cord and antenna connector. $200 plus freight and packing.
This receiver was re-aligned and serviced last year and is worthy of a good home.
Thank you for your interest. All good wishes,
Clive GW3WEQ
