Ron,
Give this a try:
Open the .djvu file in your browser. Right click on the page you want to print
and select Export to File... This exports as a .bmp file (at least the ones
I've tried this with). Then open the .bmp in PSP and do whatever you like with
it. This should give you a whole lot better resolution than re-scanning. Hope
