[Boatanchors] Parallel Astrons supplies.

Last time I looked, the Astron supplies used a 723 as a regulator.
Find the apps notes on the 723 and it should have some insight as to how
to have the supplies share currents.
Hooking them in parallel without current sharing is not a good idea.
