1/4 inch mast! I have never seen a Rohn 25 tower that
takes that small of a mast!!
Don't use conduit unless you are mounting the antenna
right at the top of the tower (like and inch or two).
It cannot take the force that the wind will place on
it.
If your tower section takes the more "normal" 1.5 to
2.0 inch diameter mast then you can use water pipe
although that is pretty heavy. Also, you can use the
TV antenna mast that is available in 10 foot sections
from Radio Shack. Again, you don't want that much
outside of the top of the tower.
Frankly, it is best to use a mast that was made for
the installation. However, on a short notice you can
use TV mast if the antenna is right at the top of the
tower and you don't have but an inch or two of mast
outside. Anything much over that and you are going to
have problems in the first high wind (mast will bend).
Also, most top sections of Rohn 25 are between 7 and 8
feet long. However, they have made some longer.

I'm putting up a 60 foot Rohn 25G tower with the
tapered top section. The top section accepts a 1/4
inch mast.
