[Boatanchors] What is "QRA"?

QRA was sent by a Cuban RTTY station as well. I think that it was also sent 
to keep the freq occupied.  

QRA QRA QRA de CLN54 it was!   Never knew whether they were getting replies 
on another freq or not but evidently it was split freq. press operation.

Now where else did i hear that?
