All,

I'm in need of a review.  I'm looking for a Power Transformer that has the following characteristics;

MY NEEDS:
320V each side, center tapped, 120ma, 5v@3amp, 6.4v@3amp or more.

This is for a project from the Dec 1952 issue of QST. It's the 75 watts with an Economy Power Supply.

I have done a search and found some power transformers with the following ratings:

CYBER LAND POWER TRANSFORMERS:
1. RCA 970445       320V @75MA, 5V @2A, 6.3V @2A

2. STEWART WARNER   320-0-320V @60MA, 5V @2A, 6.3V @2.2A, MODEL 62TC16

3. PHILCO 32-7180N  320-0-320V @55MA, 5V 2A, 6.3V 1.5A, MODEL 80/84

First, does anyone have a power transformer that meets my needs with the ratings listed above. If not, can I in some way modify the power transformers (item 1, 2 3) to meet the characteristics that I need?

Tks,
