[Boatanchors] Help with a Servo Corp. of America R5200

Greetings list!

I was given a Servo Corp. of America R5200 VHF rx recently.  I just gently
ran it up on a variac to reform caps  and it seems to function.  The
interesting "continuously variable tuning dial" for lack of a better term,
is off 1-2 Mhz but it does pick up signals.  Now that I've made it this far
I was wondering if some one might be able to help me with a manual copy or
any insight to this 50 - 200mhz AM/CW/FM rx unit.  Also the meter is a
replacement if someone has a meter that fits this beast let me know what it
will take for you to part with it.
