[Boatanchors] Tube pullers [was DX-100B Bulb]

The rubber-tipped tongs (they look sort of like a big pair of scissors) are
the best pullers ever built, without question. Hard to find, too. I've had
mine many years, and have about worn the rubber coating off them. Time to
re-dip them, I guess. If you can find some, grab them. Nothing else works
nearly as well, plus they work equally good when inserting tubes back into
their sockets.. I was lucky enough to latch onto these along with a complete
set of Navy tube socket test extenders in the original case. They have long
been some of my most valued tools.
