[Boatanchors] 15 Meter AM - Results

The AMI-suggested xx.285 thing always made sense to me, with 3885, 14.285,
etc. Is there a good reason to stray from the fold on this? Of course, one
could always do like many SSB'ers, and just key up the T-3 somewhere in the
phone band and THEN turn on the receiver.
