[Boatanchors] Ameco 6m converter CB-6

I had an Ameco 6 meter converter back in the 60's and it
came with a 6ES8 rf amp.  This was, maybe still is, considered
the best tube around.  If a 6ES8 is not available, try a 6DJ8.

All three tubes have the same 9AJ base and should interchange
without any problems.
