Better have a few tubes
to buy to cover the shipping costs.

A quick Google search found #81's at

for 2.00 US. They sell overseas. I have not dealt with them so no
recommendation is possible.
The lamp is evidently 6.5 volts at 1.02 amps.
I would seriously consider seeing if a automobile parts house might have
one.
