[Boatanchors] Fuse lamp in TV/7 Tube tester.

A quick Google search found #81's at http://www.vacuumtubesinc.com/lamp.html
for 2.00 US. They sell overseas. I have not dealt with them so no
recommendation is possible.

The lamp is evidently 6.5 volts at 1.02 amps.

I would seriously consider seeing if a automobile parts house might have
one.
