[Boatanchors] Millen balun info?

I have an unused set of Millen single band antenna baluns in the original
boxes.  One of them is model 46672-20 for 20 meters.  They consist of a coil
on about a 1 1/2" diameter clear plastic form, a PL-259 and two terminals
for the output.  They have two compensation capacitors inside the coil form.

I do not have any data on them such as the power rating.  Can anyone offer
any insight?
