I started using computer matched paint from
Sherwin-Williams when Mike Shelton had suspended his
paint supplying activities for a few months. I use an
"airless" paint gun with a cup, and the results are
better than with the spray cans. Also, the price is
around $10 a quart (around $30 per gallon) and the
color matching is extremely close.

I have been using latex semi-gloss enamel. However,
the next time around I am going to try the acrylic
enamel which costs about $1 more per quart. The
acrylic enamel has a much "harder" finish yet still
cleans up with water.

Took a piece to the local ACE Hardware store and the
lady was able to color match it exactly.
