[Boatanchors] Racal RA-17L (was Halli SX-88)

Hi Boomer,and the group,
  Yeah that's who it is, Boy he has lots o' goodies. I got the next to last
"L" version there, it works OK after a few cap replacements, I may re tube
at some point. Any idea why the S meter was disconnected??  Thanks, Ross
