[Boatanchors] Capacitor needed

I'm in need of a 20-20-20 @ 450WVDC plug in capacitor.  It plugs into a
regular 7 pin tube socket.  This one was made by Pyramid and is type
DO.  I've got other non-plug in types to swap if necessary.  If there
aren't any around reasonable, i'll have to remove the tube socket and
install a different type.

Actually a couple of them that test good would work.  I've ran this one
thru the cap tester-revitalyzer machine but i'm not seeing good results
although the leakage is less than 2 ma at rated voltage.
