Hi Mark,
I find that Caig's (deoxit) MCL does a good job on this sort of thing.
It's meant for moving contacts ("MC" Lubricant) but does well on plastics,
etc. But I'd suppose about any of the sprayon contact cleaners would do it,
too. The MCL shouldn't harm anything.
